CEAF991 Composystem Maxi, modular structure for niches

 

The structure Composystem Maxi is made of tubular in self-elevating in hot zinc steel. Composystem Maxi can be quickly built in the cemetery by our specialized technicians thanks to a practical system of clamping between the lower niche and the higher one, both fixed through special blocks.
The container inside of which the coffin will be inserted is made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and it is complete of cap for its closing even that made of the same material.This cap is fixed through stainless steel screws and special silicon for the necessary sealing. Composystem maxi is built to give the stainless steel container the downward slope of the structure itself in compliance with the law. In case of external installations the covering roof of the structure is made of a corrugated stainless steel sheet (AISI 304) or through the use of other materials on request.
The external coating of the whole structure is made of marble, granite plates or other materials, that are fixed through studs included in the supply. The placing of the structure needs a concrete slab on which the adjustable feet will be fixed.The slab shall have precise characteristics that will be indicated by our technical staff.
Available for the client, a technical handbook, where all the structural calculations of Composystem Maxi will be shown, which is calculated for a carrying capacity of 250 Kg/Squared Metres complying with the concerning laws.
In this structural calculations all the actions and the overloads coming from the use conditions (Snow load, wind load, seismicity, etc...).
